Tifa and Stacious letting their voices be heard!!

Tifa and Stacious may have placed themselves in the line of fire but they believe it's a risk worth taking, if it will get them the justice they deserve. Both female artistes claim that they were treated with less respect than they deserved by organizers of the recently concluded Reggae Sumfest stage show.

The Dancehall Diva's gave rousing sets during their appearances on Reggae Sumfest's Dancehall Night Thursday July 19th. Despite the positive receptions and feedback they got from fans, both artistes insist that negative vibrations could be felt backstage as the highly regarded Dancehall divas have come forward with allegations of gender discrimination and prejudice following the treatment they received at Reggae Sumfest 2012.

Tifa and Stacious appeared on a television interview voicing their grievances regarding Sumfest while alleging that promoters of the stage show exercised bias throughout the night. According to Tifa, she's done enough in her career to warrant better treatment.

"10 o'clock I go on the stage and I feel like I've earned my place in Reggae/Dancehall, I've earned my time and my spotlight and my shine. I just feel like it was very disrespectful how dem deal wid it, like yuh haffi go pon stage now."

Vybz Kartel (Worl Boss) Freed Of Ganja Charges

Popular entertainer Vybz Kartel was today freed in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court of possession of ganja.

When the matter came for trial today, Katel’s lawyer, Christian Tavares-Finson, argued that based on the police statement there was no way the crown could prove that his client was in possession of the ganja.

The police had reported that they went into a room and saw a spliff among some of Kartel’s belongings.

The crown offered no evidence.

Resident Magistrate Maxine Ellis had queried why the entertainer was still being prosecuted when someone else had pleaded guilty to offence.

Kartel and others were picked up in a hotel room in New Kingston last September after the ganja spliff was found in the room.

The embattled artiste, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, remains in custody as he has not been granted bail in relation to one of the two murder charges against him.

He is charged jointly with several men in connection with the murders and they are to return to the Home Circuit Court on June 29.

Gaza Slim Releases Statement Aimed At Popcaan

542417_2193037441481_166494627_n

Everyone is releasing statements re Portmore Empire, some truthful than others so I think its time to release mine. In a statement released by Popcaan (which I doubt was written by him co

nsidering how grammatically correct it was) is nothing but lies in an attempt at keeping the support of Gaza fans, and by Gaza, I mean Kartel because he is Gaza.

Firstly, before his arrest, Kartel did bookings for Popcaan which was handled by Calvin Haye and Andre Henry, not by the Worldboss himself, as we all know he staff to do these things. As Kartel was arrested, Popi immediately diverted his bookings way from Moonie and Pimpin who were not arrested as yet, to other people, although the boss had invested time and money for which he has not been recompensed. Secondly, when the boss was arrested he was held at a small jail where anyone could have visited. I know because I did. Popi didn't visit because a certain producer told him to "stay far from Kartel, him nah see back road." Thirdly, in his statement, Popcaan said that he and Kartel spoke through letters. I see the Boss in court regularly so I know that's a lie. The only thing Teacha say when I ask if Popi link him is "Me nuh wah see him. Yuh nuh see how him a move. Me wish him the best."

I just want to say to Popcaan:
1. Stop the lies. You and I know that Worldboss nuh want nothing from you cause dem man deh full a pride, an him pay all a we lawyer fee.
2. The reverse psychology that you're using to try look decent, a Kartel teach you that. So don't try use it on his fans, because I was there when the white man asked you if you were going to visit Kartel and you said "Why me haffi go?"
Lastly, stop send out statement bout 'bare badness backa dat." Maybe a people you a try impress but, sigh, me haffi laugh. That's all I am going to say. This is my only statement on the Portmore Empire.

Popcaan Releases Statement Addressing The Portmore Empire, Not Visiting Vybz Kartel, PG 13 Group, Receiving Death Threats + more

This statement is addressed to all media and my fans. Because of facts mixed with persistent rumors I feel that I need to set the record straight. I will not be making any further statements or conducting any interviews on these subjects.

Portmore Empire

The world already knows that my career was launched from the greatest dancehall school and business entity, The Portmore Empire/ Adidjaheim Records led by Vybz Kartel. Since Vybz Kartel’s incarceration in September 2011 I remained a loyal and contributing member of this unit until May 2012 when the Portmore Empire was dissolved.

Rumors started as early as September 2011 that I had left the Portmore Empire, this was not so. My actions in October 2011 were to seek booking representation as this very important function was no longer viable for me with the incarceration of the head of my management and booking company. To date I have no formal management or booking agreement and only since June 2012, with the dissolution of the Portmore Empire have I engaged the services of a lawyer to put these agreements in place.

From September 2011 to present I have worked hard and stayed focused on my career with my main intention to make sure that the music from the Portmore Empire was being released and the brand remained in the forefront of the dancehall music industry. I feel that I did that to the best of my ability with the release of songs like Party Shot, Fry Yiy, Coolie Gal, Bad Mind, She A Gwaan Good, Nuh Sell Out and Step Like Dead and with performances all over the world.

Visiting Vybz Kartel:

Since his incarceration I have not visited Vybz Kartel, nor have any members of the Portmore Empire visited him to date. In September 2011 it was explained to us that only family members were allowed to visit at set times once a week. On several occasions when I enquired about visitations I was told that this was not advised. Later Vybz Kartel communicated through letters that I should focus on my career and stay away from the police. All our communication has been focused on updates on my career, my song releases and stage shows and general discussions as one would express in the present situation. Up until May 2012 when the Portmore Empire was dissolved we maintained a business relationship.

I am grateful and am loyal to Vybz Kartel for the opportunity of working with the Portmore Empire, for everything I learned from him about the music business, life, friendship and family. He is a brother, a father figure, “mi real chargie”. He has influenced and will continue to influence my career as one of my favourite artists and from the day we met at the Chromatic party ‘My Scheme’ in Portmore in 2009 to collaborating on hits like Clarks, Hot Grabba, Never Fear Dem and other songs.

I look forward to working again with Vybz Kartel and will be checking with producers to see what previously recorded material they may have that I can include on my album which I will start working on soon.

Informer by Vybz Kartel featuring Tommy Lee

The song Informer was recorded by Vybz Kartel in August 2011 and added to by Tommy Lee in May 2012.

These lyrics in no way pertain to me. To create friction and controversy, some persons have tried to dissect the song line by line but the fact remains that this song was not recorded about or toward me. Every word sang by Tommy Lee in this song could have been sung by me but this is the time for Tommy Lee to get the exposure and recognition from a collaboration with Vybz Kartel.

PG13

Vybz Kartel has explained that with no negative intentions and with his blessing and the possibilities of working together in the future, he thinks I have shown where I can work with my own career and that he will form a unit named PG13 for upcoming artists and include two former Portmore Empire members. I am not a member of PG13.

Elvis ‘Sounique’ Redwood

Elvis Redwood has made it public that he is one of the producers working with PG 13 and he also keeps making defamatory statements about me. I know these are related to his disappointment because I did not voice on his ‘Aurora Skies’ riddim and it did not pass Half Way Tree. Because of his reaction to this and the way he constantly refers negatively to me throughout the music industry and the media my statement here is that I will never voice on any riddim he produces.

My main producers remain TJ Records, UIM Records, Young Vibez, ZJ Chrome, Not Nice Records and MixPak Records. I also record any riddims that I like by other producers.

GAZA

I am Gaza for Life.

I have never said and will never say I am not a part of Gaza. Gaza is my original home and foundation and I will always remain loyal to the Gaza.

As I move forward and progress in the music industry I will use my success to bring forward other artistes like Vybz Kartel did for me and like Bounty Killer did for him.

Unscrupulous persons have called me and my family members with threats on my life, my family’s lives and threats to bottle my performances. I will not focus on this as I remain committed to my music, my career and my fans. Thanks to everyone for all the messages of support and encouragement that keep coming to me from fans in the streets, the media, the music industry and all the social networks.

I can only be myself and bring my own energy and vibes to the music industry, I remain the same fry yiy, hotskull, peppa skull, boil brain, popskull from 3West Portmore dat Vybz Kartel buss to di world. Wi born unruly wid baay badness pack up all ova dat so…do remember…a di whole place a say fry yiy and the undisputed best mixtape of 2012 “Yiy Change” is still available for download at www.popcaanmusic.com. Listen for new music and look out for di fry yiy Ravin King coming to a city near you…big up di fans worldwide.

Tommy Lee Arrived In London To Kick Off UK Tour

Tommy Lee arrived in London for a 2 weeks tour of the UK .

The artiste kicks off his UK tour dubbed (‘GAZA MAN CRAZY NO WI INSANE’) with rising UK Dancehall artiste Don Andre. They will be performing today (Friday 15th) at Club Da Boss in London with other shows scheduled for Liverpool and Wolverhampton.

In an interview in the early hours of this morning with Dj Young Lion BBC 1Xtra, Tommy Lee spoke about the newly formed Gaza group PG13. He said that it was headed by Vybz Kartel but that Kartel has told him (Tommy Lee) to ‘Gwaan run it off’ till Kartel returns.

When asked about who else was in the group, he confirmed that Gaza Slim was also a member, however he declined to comment about Popcaan’s membership, leaving an air of uncertainty around Popcaan’s future in the Gaza.

Tommy Lee gave an impressive freestyle session with songs from new releases such as ‘Psycho’ and ‘Gal you Eva Clean‘. His tour looks to be a promising one as tickets for his first show have already sold out.

For those of you who aren't aware, Father's Day is this Sunday, June 17. While some of us may not have grown with our fathers, it is only fair to still give credit to those fathers who have played an effective part in their child(ren)'s lives. There appears to be a limited amount of men who stand up to their responsibilities and do what needs to be done instead of running away from the task.

While it can be a great thing to be a father to a child, one must ensure that he is ready before getting himself in the great predicament of being a FATHER.

So how do you know if you are ready??

1) Ensure you have a good financial plan. 'Good' implies being able to properly support the family (child and mother of child). Even if you are no longer in a relationship with the mother, you MUST still intend to support your child.

2) You must be sure of who you want to be the mother of your child. So if you are still at the stage of trying to choose among women as if it's an eenie-meenie-miney-moe game, then you are NOT ready to be a father. You are not even ready to be faithful. Being sure who you want to be the mother also contributes to creating a stable home for your child.

3) You must be ready for committment. This committment is not related to your partner but to the child. You must be willing to stay home most of the week and reduce your party attendance to stay with the baby. While it may be manageable to juggle work and party (and maybe studying), it is almost impossible to juggle those activities with a child in the mix.

4) Your reason for wanting to be a father should not be to satisfy your ego. NO!!! You should want to be a father to be a role model and a good one too.

5) Your age decides a lot. If you are a child, do I need to tell you that you are not ready to be as father?? I don't think so.

If you happen to already be a father, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Fathers, please find it necessary to do your jobs, to be there for your children IN THE RIGHT WAY and PROTECT THEM!!!!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

This is a terribly tragedy. It is understood that Okeen was on an Overseas Work Programme and a student of the University of Technology. Condolences to the family and friends of Okeen Andre Rashawn Daley…..R.I.P.!!

Woman Brutally stabbed by common-law husband

The life of a St. Andrew woman ended brutally, this morning, following a vicious fight with her common-law husband.

The body of 48-year-old Doreen Headlam of Gordon Town was found on the compound of the Wallenford Coffee Factory, with multiple stab wounds.

Police are now hunting for the prime suspect, identified as Junior Hyatt, in connection with the murder.
hand with knife
Hyatt, who is also called 'Burro', is a deportee.

According to reports, Hyatt, who was overseas for some time, had been sending remittances to Ms. Headlam to construct a house.

It's reported that Ms. Headlam took a photograph of another house to convince Hyatt that the house had been built.

On returning to the community after being deported three months ago, Hyatt discovered that no house had been constructed.

This morning, Ms. Headlam was reportedly walking along the Mount Lebanon main road, when she got involved in a brutal altercation with Hyatt.

He reportedly slashed her throat, also inflicting multiple stab wounds, then fled the scene.

Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Junior Hyatt to contact the Constant Spring Police.

It's rather funny how men now seem confused as to how to get a girl. But the truth is that, the ladies have contributed to this confusion. We have been through many eras of courtship but at the end of it all, it appears to depend on the background of the female, although they say EVERY woman deserves respects and must be treated as a lady.

Here are three (3) of the most common methods men use to get a woman and it actually works, of course, depending on the woman:

1) Man: Pssst......pssssst......sexy......browning.....psssttt
Now the funny thing about this one is that sometimes even when the woman is not brown, the man is still saying 'browning'...smh. The most a man may get out of this from the woman is a look as it tends to be done at a distance and so the women with the range of hearing the man would not be sure exactly who the man is calling unless they look. However, some, WILL NOT LOOK!!

2) Man: Hi, Good day and how are you?
Not much men use this approach nowadays for whatever reason which is unknown. This though tends to work on the "stush" working class women who think they are of a higher standard than anyone else (yet still dem a tek taxi and bus). These women are the women who stand at the bus stop in their very high heels with the whole bottle of lip gloss on their lips. These are the women who have the set requirements of the type of man they want so as long as the man is wearing a shirt and tie or jacket suit and driving one of those stuff called vehichles (Prado, BMW, Audi, etc....) and say these words, that man will get a smile and the green light.

3) Man: Yo baby mi ago want yuh enuh......dat mi a mek you know!!
Simple, plain and straight to the point. Some women (known as 'ghetto girls'...however they are classified as such) may say "Eeeeh only if you have sumn fi get mi" and entertain this type of approach. Then they are some who will say "Excuse me? Do I appear to be one of those low life girls on the roadside?" And if the man look good physically (handsome and well built), those same women will be saying in their heads "Lawd Gad him look good eeh but lawd him chat bad".

These Jamaican pick up lines are heard everywhere and can be pretty funny sometimes (mi nah lie!!) but sometimes they do sound a bit derogatory. A reasonable woman is not expecting a man to dress like a prince riding on a chariot, drop down on one knee and greet her with some stupendous pick up lines like:

  • Excuse me, I seem to have lost my phone number. Can I borrow yours?
  • If I had hand cuffs, I'd lock myself to you right now  (ok that must be coming from a kidnapper...BEWARE)

A little advice to men:
Just be respectful, polite, smile (provided that you have good teeth) and please MEK SURE YOU ARM AND YUH MOUT' NUH STINK.

And to the women:
STOP GWAAN LIKE UNNO BETTA DAN PEOPLE OR ELSE NUH MAN NAH GUH WANT UNNO!!!

Vybz Kartel says Back To Life & other new songs were not recorded in Jail

Adidjahiem Records would like to make it clear, that Adidja 'Vybz Kartel' Palmer has not recorded any material since his arrest in 2011. Any songs containing material from Vybz Kartel that were released after his arrest, were recorded by the artist in previous years.

Various songs containing material from Vybz Kartel have surfaced since his arrest, including a collaboration with Busta Rhymes and a song titled "Back to Life," which have sparked rumors that the artist has been recording at the Horizon Adult Remand Centre. Adidjahiem Records would like to make it explicitly clear that both songs were recorded prior to his arrest. The single "Wine and Go Down" by Busta Rhymes ft. Vybz Kartel was recorded at Donovan 'Don Corleon' Bennett's studio in 2010 in a session that was broadcast live on ustream. The lyrics contained in "Back to Life" were also recorded in 2010.

"The lyrics from "Back to Life," that was released by U.I.M. Records, were recorded by Adidjahiem Records during the Dudus extradition - the original title was "Me Waan Go Home," says Elvis Redwood of So Unique Records, who was an in-house engineer for Adidjahiem Records at the time. "Those same lyrics were re-used on a different track to create "Back to Life."

Jamaican Comedy

Some may say that the life of a typical Jamaican is comedy. I am not sure whether that's a good or a bad thing.... Nonetheless, we are a set of people who have mastered the art of applying humour to our daily lives. We laugh even when there is nothing to laugh about just so that everything is 'Irie' because 'JAMAICA, NO PROBLEM MON!!' There are some people who make comedy their way of life and they have helped to build and what is known as the Jamaican Comedy. It is unlike any other......
Some of Jamaica's BEST include:

ITY & FANCY CAT

GLEN 'TITUS' CAMPBELL

OLIVER SAMUELS

APACHE CHIEF & SARGE

ANDREA 'DELCITA' WRIGHT

This is just to name a few as there are MANY others who have contributed to putting Jamaica on the map of Comedy as Jamaican Comedy is now in very high demand worldwide.......

SO LET'S CONTINUE TO LAUGH OUR PAIN AWAY......

Tax PLUS!!!!

The nation is being murdered from all ends with debris from the leaders who continue to launch their wordly missiles. The new dilemma is the increase in taxes on various items (INCLUDING PATTY). How will persons deemed to be in a part of the lowest economical class without a job and more than 5 children survive?
This question becomes harder to answer as the tax continue to increase government after government after government..... smh

Stylysh Hits Collab With Vybz Kartel

Red hot rookie Stylysh ha voiced on track with incarcerated deejay Vybz Kartel on rhythm produced by Calvin 'Moonie' Haye. ( The edited version of the song is called Are You Ready to love Me Right Now?).

Sheba And Former Gaza Members React To The Break Up Of The Portmore Empire

With news forthcoming that the 'World Boss' has disbanded the Portmore Empire, artiste Sheba says she is in shock since she was not informed about the decision.

"I was not personally informed about this. Mi just wake up and see a broadcast message about it and a wonder if a true, but since THE STAR a call me, it look like a true, den," Sheba said.
Sheba went on to say that she had not heard Kartel's side of the story, so she was not in a position to speak about the group being disbanded.
"Him nuh send no message wid him lawyer fi say nutten bout it, but a still music, me say. I want to thank him for a great run - it's been three years. To be honest, this news kinda shock me - is a sudden surprise. it's not something that was discussed with me," she said.
Sheba, whose given name is Tasheba Campbell, says she joined the Portmore Empire in 2009.
"Mi go up a di studio one day and tell him say me can deejay and him say, "mek mi hear a song den", and mi deejay fi him, and him say him like it, and that was it," Sheba told THE STAR.
She is most famous for her collabs with Kartel, including You and Him DehLike Christmas, and Do Me Dat (A Whe Me Do You).
Former 'Gaza' artistes sound off
The STAR also spoke with a few of the original members to hear their views on the disbanding of the Portmore Empire.
"I was there from the beginning, and I got the chance to learn a lot of things while in the Portmore Empire that could help me out with my career today. From they remanded him, some of the others should have been trying to work on their craft so even if he doesn't come back very soon, they can still manage on their own. "Empire taught me to fight fi what yuh believe in and him is a man weh him like fi see yuh a do things. So as a female, yuh haffi think like a man but act like a woman," said Lisa Hyper.
Another artiste, Dosa Medicine, said, "I understand what Vybz Kartel is saying. he is away and can't really push their careers the way he could have if he was out. Vybz Kartel is a man like this ... when it becomes too much for him, he will just let it go. I figure more or less that is what is happening. But still, to be one of the original members, it's good to know that the whole world was saying gaza, something I help to build."

Statement from Busy Signal

In this a time of reflection, I would like to thank my fans who have supported me through this difficult situation and who will continue to support me. Your messages and prayers via social networks and via members of my team are what have brought light to the darkness of my cell.

I have never admitted that I was involved in any drug deal or drug arrangement. I waived my rights to an extradition trial here in Jamaica, so that I can return to the US to face a charge of absconding bail ONLY. This incident took place ten (10) years ago before I even considered becoming an artiste.
As you can understand, this is a difficult time for me, however during my time away, my fans will not be left with a void - there are several unreleased tracks that will definitely keep you "busy" until my return. I recently released my album Reggae Music Again, which debuted at number 5 on the Billboard Reggae charts. On my recent tour of Amsterdam and Paris, we shot elements for the video to the title track of the album. It features cameos from Marcia Griffiths, Queen Ifrica and Anthony B and that will be released in a couple of weeks.

For my fans overseas, my management team has been in dialogue with promoters who have all shown their support for me and my situation and for that I thank them.

For my family, you have stood by me through thick and thin and I know you will continue to do so. In my time away, I have made the necessary arrangements with my management team to have you taken care of until my return.

To my band. Hi-Voltage, you have toured the world with me and have been a tower of strength. Continue to make good music until I return, cause the mission will continue.

I know that my facebook page has been inactive for a while, but, starting this week, Shane Brown, head of Juke Boxx management team, will assume direct control of my twitter account - @busysignal_turf and my facebook page - www.facebook.com/OneBusySignal. I will be kept updated so please continue to send your love, support and prayers through these channels, as they keep me going.

To my legal team, KD Knight, Bert Samuels and Roxanne Mars, your positive words and unfailing belief and support in me and my case have made this situation a little easier to bear. Thank you very much.

Finally my friends, my fans and my family, thank you again from the depths of my heart. Please keep me in your prayers. "We not going down, cause God alone controls my destiny"

Usain Bolt gets his own Hublot Watch

The world's fastest man, Usain Bolt, now has a Swiss watch made in honour of him, which also features his image. The watch is aptly named King Power Usain Bolt.

In addition to the watch's many references to the sprinter, it features an interesting hallmark: the strap is made from exactly the same leather as the shoes he wore when he broke world records in Beijing in 2008.

Hublot, for whom he is an ambassador, has developed this special model in close consultation with Bolt to mark this monumental year in sport.

The watch is a fusion of symbols which represent everything about Bolt starting with his pose - his unique signature - stylised and immediately recognisable in an anthracite grey transfer on a black background. A 12-hour chronograph counter sits at 6 o'clock, and is decorated with a touch of green in a nod to the colours on the Jamaican flag.

Bolt, who turns 25 this year, recently opened his season in style by completing his first individual 100 metres in a quick 9.82 seconds at the National Stadium in Kingston, as he prepares to defend three titles in London this summer: the 100, 200 and 4x100 metres.

Teenage boy stabbed to death for laughing at man who fell off his bicycle

Amelia 'Milk' Sewell - Three Cheese Lasagna

EFFERVESCENT, down-to-earth, zany and most definitely 'The Girl Boss' are just some of the words Amelia 'Milk' Sewell used to describe herself.
She believes in living her life the way she wants to be treated. Her favourite channel on television, the Food Network, explains Amelia's love for cooking as she enjoys playing with different seasonings to create new flavours as a way to add a twist to traditional dishes.
Amelia's Three Cheese Lasagna with Italian Sausage and Plantains is definitely something to make for dinner on a special occasion. And what better time than Mother's Day.

TEENage: What does Mother's Day mean to you?

Amelia: Every day is a Mother's Day for me. I really cherish the relationship that I have with my grandmother, who raised me and I cherish the relationship that I have with my own mother. Mothers should be celebrated every day not just one day. Mothers are the backbone of our society and the world.

Message to her grandmother, Gladys Baracatt:
Thank you for the hard work you have done throughout these years. I know that I have given you a lot of trouble but I turned out GREAT and it's all because of you. I LOVE YOU.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb meat (grounded)
1 lb turkey sausage (smoked)
1 lb sharp cheddar
1 lb mozzarella
8 oz ricotta
1 pack lasagna pasta
1 tin Delmonte Spaghetti sauce
2 ripe plantains
1 head Garlic (chopped)
1 Onion
2 oz escallion
8 fl oz vegetable oil
1 tbsp dried basil
2 oz brown sugar
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Method

1. In a medium size pot add 1/2 gallon of water, salt and four fluid ounces of oil. Bring water to a boil and cook pasta for about eight to 10 minutes, drain, refresh, oil, and set aside.

2. Season mince with salt and pepper. In a sauté pan over medium heat, add onions, garlic and escallion, sauté for two to three minutes, and then add the mince. Cook for 20 minutes.

3. After the mince has been cooked for 20 minutes add the turkey sausage, salt, pepper, basil and sugar. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

4. Preheat oven to 350º F (180ºC).

5. To assemble the lasagna, spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a disposable pan. Layer the ingredients beginning with a layer of pasta, arrange the pasta so that there is an overlap of about one inch . Spread a layer of cheese followed by a layer of meat sauce then plantain. Continue layering the ingredients in this manner, reserving a portion of cheese. Finish with a layer of pasta.

6. Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on the top of the lasagna. Place the lasagna in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. The top should be a light golden brown when done.

7. Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it stand for 30 to 45 minutes before cutting into portions and serving on heated plates.

Tips

* When finishing the top of the lasagna, make sure that all the pasta is covered with cheese as any exposed are will become dry, crisp and burnt.

* Using turkey sausage in this dish alters the flavour profile by adding both a sweet and a smokey flavour to the end product.

Kartel disbands Portmore Empire

Incarcerated deejay Vybz Kartel has officially disbanded the Portmore Empire. A statement was released on one876entertainment.com by Adidjahiem Records and includes the following statement from Adidja 'Vybz Kartel' Palmer:
Dancehall fans worldwide, it with great regret that I, Adidja Palmer have decided to disband the Portmore Empire. These artistes have been under the Adidjahiem leadership for years, where they have honed their craft and made their mark, and as such, are well on their way to becoming major forces in Dancehall. They have reached a level where they are more capable to take on their careers by themselves, and it would be unfair to them, based on the limited resources of Adidjahiem Records, and current legal woes of the Adidjahiem C.E.O. and team members.

I wish them the best and I am confident that they will live up to my expectations. In the future, Adidjahiem will continue to bring out new acts and groom them for stardom.

Thank You

KISSING

Kissing plays a crucial role in starting, building and maintaining a meaningful relationship. Believe it or not……

A woman can know a whole list of things about a man, other than if he has bad breath or not, just by kissing him. She can know his sensualities, the way he makes love, how considerate he is about her feelings (does he want her to have fun as much as he wants to), can he take control, just to name a few….

Here are a few ways to effectively kiss a woman to ensure she is captivated:
1) Don't kiss as a precursor (something that comes before) to sex. Give that passionate "I want you right here and now" kiss and walk away leaving her breathless.

2) Kiss her with her back and your hands braced against the wall. Only the lips touching.

3) A soft moan while kissing or whispering something sexy such as, "I want you", just as you are about to kiss her send chills along her spine.

4) Kiss her, pull back, stare into her eyes then gently run your tongue along her lips or nibble on her lower lip before going in for another kiss.

5) Come from behind with hands on her hips or around her waist. Kiss her slowly from neck to ear then turn her around to face you and intensify the kiss.

6)  Hold or stroke the side(s) of her face while kissing her. This simple action will drive her crazy.

7) She will feel how passionate you are about her when you stroke her hair while kissing softly, then pull her closer by the nape (back) of the neck and kiss her deeper.

Once a woman enjoys kissing you it’s a BIG step towards a sexual relationship, provided that you are GENUINE.
